For attendees
Some events mark accessible / wheelchair sections on the seat map (often with an accessibility icon).
Companion seats may sit next to accessible spaces at a linked price. Checkout validates that you do not book companion seats without booking the matching accessible seat.
If you need accessibility and the map is unclear, contact the organizer before buying.
For organizers
In the seating map builder:
- Mark a section Accessible
- Create a companion section (e.g. adjacent rows)
- Set Companion section link and Max companion seats per accessible seat
At checkout, soft validation blocks abuse (companion seats without accessible seats). Staff can override at box office for edge cases.
At the venue
Arrive early. Ushers can reseat if your accessible requirements changed — bring your ticket QR and any access documentation the organizer requested.
