- Code string (case-sensitive unless configured otherwise)
- Percent or fixed amount off ticket subtotal
- Max uses, expiry, applicable ticket types
- Minimum order threshold
Fan experience
Fans enter the code on the event page before checkout. Invalid or exhausted codes show a clear error.
Presale codes
Verified-fan selection sends access codes by email — separate from discount promos but use the same entry field on some events.
